Modular System 

The Unikon modular system was developed to allow a suitable solution for every cleaning task. It provides the opportunity to combine an ideal configuration depending on capacity, pollution, desired drying result, wash time etc. In combination with the transport modules, a wide variety of logistical layouts are possible. In principal the system consists of modules for;

• Infeed 
• Prewashing
• Mainwashing and after rinse
• Disinfection
• Blowers
• Drying
• Outfeed

All the modules can be combined and with all options a wide variety of machines can be constructed. The system is completed by a wide range of transport modules including, conveyors, curves, stackers, destackers etc. Once designed correctly and assembled the modules form an integrated machine with optimal water and energy consumption. For example water from the blower section can be reused as wash water. The overflow water from the main was can be reused again as part of the pre-rinse. If possible we combine a neutral zone and washing tunnel as a whole. The water flow in such machines is always in the opposite direction to the transport direction. This is called a cascade system.
