Our aim is to make purchasing from Euroquipe as convenient as possible. We keep excellent stocks of pressure washers, high pressure pumps, parts and accessories. We aim to provide a high level of customer service and technical expertise.

PLACING AN ORDER

• We accept enquiries and orders by phone, fax, e-mail and online.
• An order placed by any person within your company is taken in good faith and is deemed to be binding.
• Please ensure you provide your Purchase Order Number at time of placing an order.
• We DO NOT accept customers' Terms and Conditions of Purchase unless expressly agreed in writing. Fulfilment of any purchase order does not imply acceptance of the customer's Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
• Goods in stock will usually be shipped same- or next-day for delivery the following working day. Please tell us if your order is urgent; our cut-off time is 1:00 pm.
• Carriage is not included in the price. We only use reputable carriers but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside our control. However in certain instances we will waive the carraige fees. Please contact us for further details.
• Minimum order value is Eur30.00 net excluding carriage and VAT. Verbal and written quotations are valid for 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
• Quoted delivery dates are subject to stock items remaining unsold.
• Orders may be cancelled at our discretion and may be subject to a charge.
• Title and risk passes to customer as soon as goods are delivered, or are collected by customer or his agent. Title to goods reverts to Euroquipe immediately if our invoice is not paid by due date or if funds are not cleared by the bank.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR PUMPS?

• Pumps are supplied bare-shaft with one drive-shaft key.
• ‘Group B' pumps: the appropriate Shaft Protector and Mounting Rails must be ordered separately at extra cost, if required.
• ‘Group C' pumps: the correct Shaft Protector and Mounting Rails are included in the pump price.
• Mounting bolts are supplied FOC with all bell-housings.
• We can also supply pumps assembled complete with drive motor, base & transmission subject to quotation.
• Crankcase oil and gearbox oil is not normally included with any pump but can be ordered separately.
• Extra documentation such as Certificate of Conformity, Material and Test Certificates must be requested at time of placing your order as these are chargeable and cannot be provided retrospectively.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

• Contact Euroquipe for approval before returning any items.
• New items correctly supplied are accepted at our discretion, subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.

WARRANTY, SERVICE AND REPAIR

• Our standard warranty on most products is 12 months parts and labour, return to base.
• Additional facilities and extended warranty periods are available by negotiation.
• Any service visit made to site at customer's request that proves not to be the responsibility of Euroquipe may be charged at our standard hourly rate plus travelling time.
• You should request approval before returning any product or equipment to Euroquipe.
• Drain oil from crankcase prior to returning a pump for any reason.
• Items and components that have been in contact with hazardous liquids must be thoroughly drained and decontaminated prior to return.
• Couplings, pipe fittings etc. must be removed from all items prior to return as we cannot take responsibility for their removal and safe return.
• We reserve the right to make a charge for dismantling and providing an estimate of repair costs. This may be deducted from our invoice for any subsequent repair.
• Unless agreed in advance, we will carry out a full stripdown, inspection and quote for complete refurbishment using genuine new parts wherever required.
• If after 3 months we do not receive your further instructions, goods will either be returned to you at your cost or disposed of on your behalf, at our discretion. You may be charged for any waste disposal costs we incur especially in the case of electrical goods covered by the WEEE regulations.
