Returns without Cause

Customers ordering goods on the Internet have the right to cancel orders within 7 days of receipt of goods. Notification of cancellation should be made in writing, and the goods returned to us within a further 7 days, by Recorded Delivery at the customer's expense. We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent by other methods. The goods should be in their original packaging, completely unused and in fully a re-saleable condition. All accessories and any tags and labels should be intact and the sales receipt should be included. A refund in respect of the goods, less original delivery charges and €20 handling charge will be issued. 

Exchange of Goods

In the event of customers wishing to exchange goods due to the shipping of an incorrect size, style or imperfect goods a replacement will be shipped without additional charge. Exchanges requested for any other reason will be made but require the payment of the additional shipping charges.
